Velenje, October 2nd, 2007: The natural disaster, we have all recently witnessed, surprised all of us. The lives of some people have been thoroughly changed.

In the night from September 18^th to 19^th the family Deleja – Kranjc from Rečica ob Savinji has been seriously affected by the disaster. Extremely heavy rain showers caused the surface waters on the Pobreško polje to collect and pour into the river Savinja on the yard of the family house. What they left behind was devastation, a semi-demolished house, sapped barn, whereas the tractor, two lawn-movers, and a garden shed were drifted away… And the family lost its personal belongings.

However, in natural disasters like this people again realize what is really important – the fact that we care. This is why, with a great wish to help, when it is of utmost necessity, and also with great hope, that we have shown our support in an appropriate way, we have enabled the renovation of the central heating system in the new home of the family Deleja – Kranjc from Rečica ob Savinji.

We are certain the family will, in particular because of joint efforts of all who have been helping them, soon be able to live in their new home.
