September 2020:

In August 2020, we signed a concession agreement with the grantors: Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Slovenia, Municipality of Veržej, Municipality of Kobilje and Municipality of Radenci for the implementation of the concessioned activity, i.e. energy savings contracting services according to the principle of contractual provision of energy savings in the following facilities: PS and Educational Home Veržej; Kobilje Primary School, Kindergarten and Gymnasium and Radenci Sports Hall.

The implementation of measures to improve energy efficiency in these facilities is intensive and will be completed according to the project schedule in 2020. After the approval of all implemented investment measures for the improvement of energy efficiency, the concessionaire begins to provide contractually defined savings while taking into account the standard of user comfort. The concession lasts for 180 months (15 years) from the entry into force of the concession agreement in question.
