Renovation of secondary systems on Dravograd, Vuzenica in Mariborski otok hydropower plants – LOT OPR |
May 2022:
At the end of April 2021, the lead partner Esotech, d.d., together with his partner C&G d.o.o., signed a contract with the client Dravske elektrarne Maribor d.o.o. , for the renovation of secondary systems on Dravograd, Vuzenica in Mariborski otok hydropower plants – LOT OPR.
Scope of works includes the supply of medium voltage equipment, self-consumption equipment of alternating and direct voltage, control and protection equipment and excitation system for HPP Mariborski otok, Vuzenica and Dravograd and diesel electric generator for HPP Dravograd. In addition to the supply, the scope also includes the preparation of documentation and participation in the commissioning of a new control and protection system and commissioning of own consumption equipment, excitation system, switching automation of own consumption sources and diesel generator and installation of diesel generator at HPP Dravograd. The contractual deadline for the execution of works is 30.9.2025.

Supply and assembly of protection, control and measurement equipment for DTS 110/20 kV ORMOŽ |
March 2022:
At the end of March 2022, Esotech, d.d. signed a contract with the employer, Elektro Maribor d.d., for the supply and assembly of protection, control and measurement equipment for DTS 110/20 kV Ormož.
The contract scope of work includes protection and control of 110 kV part, protection and control of MV switchyard, protection and control of MV neutral point, equipment at the station level, system of measurement and quality of electricity and distribution system for own use. The deadline for the execution of works is 31.05.2023.

February 2022:
In early February 2022, Esotech, d.d. signed a contract with the largest electricity company in Bosnia and Herzegovina, "Public company Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine d.d. - Sarajevo ", which takes care of the production, distribution and supply of electricity in BiH.
The project includes consulting services, which will include technical and technological assessment and evaluation of new proposed suppliers of key equipment (boiler, turbogenerator (STG)) for the project "Construction of new unit 7 in TPP Tuzla" and assessment of commercial and financial impact of these changes. insofar as they are technically appropriate. The time to implement the project is by the end of March 2022.
In 2009 Esotech, d.d. already participated in the preparation of the conceptual design and investment program with an environmental impact study for the project "Construction of a new unit 7 in TPP Tuzla".

Signing of the concession contract for the implementation of the public-private partnership project "Kindergarten Žalec west" |
January 2022:
On Tuesday, January 11, 2022, Esotech, d.d. signed a concession agreement with the Municipality of Žalec and the user public institution "Vrtci Občine Žalec" (Kindergartens of municipality Žalec), for the implementation of the public-private partnership project "Vrtec Žalec zahod" ("Kindergarten Žalec west").
Esotech, d.d. undertook, by signing the contract, that in 20 months or by the end of September 2023, a modern 9-unit kindergarten with a central kitchen and comprehensive exterior design will be built. In 15 years, i.e. until the end of 2038, the facility will be maintained and operated by Esotech, d.d. The concession is implemented according to the DFBOT principle, which means design-finance-build-operate and transfer ownership.
