At the annual conference of the Association of Engineering, which operates under the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce, the company Esotech on 28 March received the award for the best engineering project "Modernizacija kontiliva" company Acroni, Jesenice.

Committee on Awards unanimously determined that the project “Modernizacija kontiliva”, carried out by the ESOTECH on the principle of "turnkey" project was a successful example of an existing facility-foundry with an innovative approach in the design and construction of technological solutions that enable the achievement of the objectives ; increase in production capacity, environment, and economics of production.

The project represents a complex engineering services involving management and coordination with foreign suppliers of technological equipment in phases of design, construction of the building, dismantling and installation of new technological equipment, auxiliary systems, testing, obtaining approvals and operating permit. Esotech also performed the mechanical and electrical installations and measuring regulation equipment.

Based on the innovative and technologically advanced engineering solutions provider has improved the parameters of the cooling water, improved the working environment in the steel mill due to lower air load and reduced maintenance costs. The object of the cooling water is fully automated and operated without a crew, and production started in accordance with the planned schedule.

The project objectives were achieved, the investor has got the facility, which will contribute significantly to the results of the company.
