The construction of hydro power plants provides a significant portion of the energy balance of the country of Slovenia in the field of energy from renewable sources. Among the five hydro power plants on the Sava river, hydropower plant will Brežice, with a nominal power of 45 MW, will be the powerful one. The hydro power plant Brežice will, in addition to energy also provide flood protection, infrastructure construction, the possibility of irrigation systems in agriculture and further development of tourism.
The current intensity of the works is the largest in the construction cave of future hydropower plant, which is already set.
We also started working on the installation of cemented pipe drainage system, pipelines, process water turbine seals and discharged from the suction pipe and discharge spiral.
The plant will be fully automated and operated without a crew from the control center. Esotech will carry out the installation work of mechanical and electrical equipment supplier Litostroj Power and Koncar.
Hydro power plant will be built with three aggregates flow of 500 m3 / s. The engine room will be equipped with three vertical double regulated Kaplan turbine, 3-phase synchronous generator, auxiliary systems and electrical equipment management aggregates.
If all goes according to plan, the hydro power plant will be completed in 2017.
