Professional excursion to Baranja and Slavonia |
October 2023:
On October 6 and 7, 2023, the company ESOTECH organized a professional excursion to Baranja and Slavonia and, together with its employees, took part in tours of our projects in progress, namely WWTP Slatina, WWTP Pitomača and WWTP Belišče.
The projects are financed by the EU and include the construction of water treatment plants according to the "FIDIC Yellow" system. The built devices will greatly improve the quality of life for the residents of local communities by eliminating environmentally hazardous discharges into the watercourse.
The visit to the construction sites was marked by positive feelings and enthusiasm associated with new references, and then we also visited the city of Osijek and the famous Osijek Cathedral.
As part of the excursion, we ended the evening with a traditional Baranja feast and a social meeting with local tambura players.
The professional excursion was an excellent opportunity for team building and strengthening mutual relations, and at the same time we also gained a lot of new knowledge, which will come in handy in future projects.

Construction of a new cooling tower and design of a new industrial wastewater treatment plant |
August 2023:
ESOTECH has recently signed two contracts with a strategically important customer, SIJ Metal Ravne.
The first contract involves the construction of a new cooling tower with associated infrastructure, for which ESOTECH has also prepared the project documentation.
The second project involves the design of a new industrial wastewater treatment plant that will help improve the management of wastewater and discharges, thereby increasing the environmental sustainability of their production.
The signing of the contracts represents a strengthening of business ties between ESOTECH and SIJ Metal Ravne and paves the way for further cooperation in the future.

Visit of partners RJM International |
July 2023:
In July, a delegation of business partners from abroad visited our company, participating in a fruitful meeting with our key representatives. The visit was part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen business ties and foster new collaborations. The guests represented a prestigious international company with extensive experience in multiple industrial areas, especially in the area of thermoenergetics and demonstrated strong interest in establishing solid partnerships on the international level.
The visit of our foreign business partners was marked by positive feelings and enthusiasm about the future collaboration. We expect that joint projects will contribute to the further development of both companies and accelerate innovations in the shared field.

Traditional gathering of 'Svincnikarjev, Sraufencigarjev in Rohrcangarjev' |
June 2023:
On June 9, 2023, Esotech company experienced a truly special day. As part
of their annual teambuilding event, the company brought together its
employees, including retirees, for the traditional gathering of
"Svincnikarjev, Sraufencigarjev in Rohrcangarjev". On this day, employees
competed in various sports games based on their respective job areas.
Despite the competitive spirit, the emphasis was primarily on enjoyable
socializing, which was the main purpose of the event.
All teams enthusiastically and sportingly took to the field, contributing
to an exceptional atmosphere among the spectators. Participants tested
their skills in different disciplines, including football, volleyball,
basketball, as well as other fun games such as table football, darts, air
rifle shooting, and pulling the rope. Everyone showcased exceptional
athletic abilities, and the day was filled with joy, laughter, and
goodwill.
The event provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen interpersonal
relationships and collaboration among the employees.

16th CIGRE-CIRED CONFERENCE OF SLOVENE ELECTRIC POWER ENGINEERS, Bled |
June 2023:
The 16th CIGRE-CIRED Conference, one of the most important international conferences in the field of electric power engineering, took place in Bled from 30.05.2023 to 01.06.2023. The aim of the conference is primarily to exchange experiences, knowledge and present the latest trends in the field of power engineering. Esotech, d.d. actively participated as a silver sponsor of the conference. Within the framework of the presentation papers, the project Construction of 400/110 kV transformation in RTP 400/220/110 kV Beričevo was presented, whose co-authors are also Mr. mag. Drago Pavlič and Mr. Robert Lindič.
By participating in the conference, Esotech, d.d. was introduced to a number of good practices and innovations and strengthened its reputation and visibility, which will certainly have a positive impact on its further involvement and business in the field of power engineering.
